Need More than 4hrs venue time?
Venue time before and after the event is not included in the basic venue rental. You must PURCHASE additional time if needed or go with our Full day rental for 12hrs, or select one of our décor packages so your event is walk in ready.

Food Preparation:
There is no kitchen access for cooking food on premises at either of our locations. You can cater your food and have it delivered to the venue or you can ask for one of our preferred vendors upon booking. All outside vendors are welcomed.
Liquor/ Smoking
All events at West Allis Have a NO outside liquor policy. Bar service is available at no upfront cost (Min Spend required). There is not smoking inside of the venue.

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your date (50% of the total booking). This amount will be deducted from your total balance after booking. Your booking will include the REFUNDABLE RETAINER + CLEANING FEE. If you need additonal time it will be added on your final contract and invoice.
