The capacity of Phoenix360 varies depending on the type of event and the setup. We have 2 venues. Our Menomonee Falls venue can accommodate up to 50 guests, and our West Allis venue can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Upon booking your event, HALF deposit it due. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your event. If you book your date within one week of your event, the full balance is due upon booking.
It's generally recommended to book as early as possible. Our clients typically begin planning and reserving their events about 3 to 4 months in advance. Availability can change rapidly — a date that's open today might be taken tomorrow. So, for the best chances of securing your desired date, we advise booking with us at the earliest opportunity.
Unfortunately, we do not distribute pre-made decoration ideas. Instead, we use the inspiration photos you provide and blend them with your chosen colors and theme to create a unique version of the decor. This approach highlights the creativity and artistry in our work. If there are specific elements you'd like to see in the decor, please inform us. We'll be delighted to incorporate them to ensure they are included in the final design.
Items like eating plates, silverware, and drinking glasses are not part of our services. Our focus is solely on the decorative aspects of your event. The decorative items we provide, such as charger plates and cloth napkins, are chosen to enhance and complement the color scheme of your event.
Items can be removed from the package as long as it doesn’t affect the decor. For Example: Welcome signs, place cards, desserts, charger plates, napkins & guest count amount.
