 The capacity of Phoenix360 varies depending on the type of event and the setup. We have 2 venues. Our Menomonee Falls venue can accommodate up to 50 guests, and our West Allis venue can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Upon booking your event, 50% of the total balance is  due to hold your date and time.  The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your event. If you book your date within two weeks of your event, the full balance is due upon booking.

It's generally recommended to book as early as possible. Our clients typically begin planning and reserving their events about 3 to 6 months in advance. Availability can change rapidly — a date that's open today might be taken tomorrow. So, for the best chances of securing your desired date, we advise booking with us at the earliest opportunity. 

Please note Saturday's book first and are typically in high demand.
 

Unfortunately, we do not distribute pre-made decoration ideas. Instead, we use the inspiration photos you provide and blend them with your chosen colors and theme to create a unique version of the decor. This approach highlights the creativity and artistry in our work. If there are specific elements you'd like to see in the decor, please inform us. We'll be delighted to incorporate them to ensure they are included in the final design. 
 

We do not offer a Kitchen to prepare and cook food. You are able to use a caterer to bring your food to the venue already prepared.  You would need to provide all heating and cooling items for your food. We will provide tables to display your food. Both Locations do have a mini fridge to keep items cold.  If you need catering suggestions we can offer preferred vendors. 

Items like eating plates, silverware, and drinking glasses are not part of our services. Our focus is solely on the decorative aspects of your event. The decorative items we provide, such as charger plates, goblets and  cloth napkins, are chosen to enhance and complement the color scheme of your event and not for use for eating and drinking. You would need to provide items for eating and drinking. You can also contact your caterer if your having your event catered for these items.
 

Items can be removed from the package as long as it doesn’t affect the decor. For Example: Welcome signs, place cards, desserts, charger plates, napkins & guest count amount.
