Our off-site decor services are designed for clients seeking a polished, cohesive, and professionally managed event experience. To ensure quality, focus, and proper staffing, we offer two levels of off-site decor service.
At this time, our off-site decor services begin at $1,500 for focal wall setups and $3,000 for full venue transformations.
For smaller budgets, we recommend:
- Hosting at one of our venues
- Selecting from our rental inventory
- Utilizing our DIY decor bundles
Focal Wall Setup
Starting at $1500
Includes:
- Three (3) themed focal walls
(Custom picture wall available as an option) - balloon installation
- Two themed props
- Setup and breakdown
This option is ideal for birthdays, showers, brand moments, and celebrations requiring a strong visual focal point.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your date. This amount will be deducted from your total bill after booking.
Full Venue Transformations (Off-Site)
Our Full Venue Transformation service is designed for clients seeking a fully styled, cohesive, and elevated event experience at an off-site location. This service requires full focus, planning, and on-site execution and is booked selectively.
Starting Investment
- $3,000 — up to 50 seated guests
- $6,000 — up to 100 seated guests
- $10,000 — up to 200 seated guests
