Pricing

• Weekdays (Mon-Thur): $80/hr

• Weekends (Fri-Sun): $125/hr

• Holidays: $150/hr 

Booking will be cancelled if deposit is not paid within 1 hour.

Time Slots

• 10am-2pm

• 3pm-7pm

• 8pm-12am

All events that will go past 9pm will require the bar (for West Allis only).

There is a $60 dollar bar fee added on to all events after 9pm.

Basic venue rental comes with

• 4 hours venue rental

• Clear Chiavari chairs and tables to accommodate your guests

• Bluetooth speaker system

• Accommodates up to 100 guests for seated events

Other Services

• Exclusive deals available upon request, including exciting add-ons like a 360 Photo Booth, Selfie Booth, Balloons, Decorations, Props, and customizable bar options

Important!

• The Deposit is required to reserve the date and is non-refundable.

• This amount will be deducted from your total bill after booking.

• Please be advised there will be 5.9% sales tax included in your final invoice.

• Contract and invoice will be sent via email after deposit.

• Booking will be cancelled if deposit is not paid within 1 hour.

• Cleaning fee $75

• Refundable retainer fee of $125 (to be refunded 5 days after the event).

• A credit card authorization form for incidentals is required and will be included in the contract.
